Who we are
Venture 4x4 Fitment Centre, 18 Rapid Street, Riverside, Mbombela (Nelspruit), Mpumalanga, 1200, South Africa. You can reach us at sales@venture4x4.co.za. We are the responsible party for the personal information described here.
What we collect
- Your name and surname.
- Your email address and, where you give it to us, your phone number.
- Your vehicle make, model and year.
- Anything else you type into an enquiry or WhatsApp message.
- Page-visit data (which pages you read, roughly where you are, what device you used) — only if you accept analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
To quote you, to make sure we fit the right parts to your specific vehicle, and to answer your enquiry. We do not use your details for anything you did not contact us about.
Who we share it with
Our own sales team, and WhatsApp / Meta when you choose to message us through WhatsApp. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for 3 years, so we can look up what was fitted to your vehicle, what was quoted and what is still under warranty.
Your rights under POPIA
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete information we no longer need to keep.
- Stop sending you marketing.

Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
