True six-wheel drive
All three axles are driven for genuine six-wheel traction.

Six driven wheels, tandem coil-sprung rear axles and a complete engineered chassis conversion.
A true 6x6, no lazy axle.
A JMACX 6x6 transforms the Toyota Land Cruiser 79 Series into a genuine six-wheel-drive platform. Unlike conversions that use an undriven “lazy” or tag axle simply to carry more weight, all three axles are driven.
The original rear leaf-spring chassis arrangement is replaced with a purpose-built Super Chassis and two coil-sprung rear axles. The chassis, driveline, suspension and braking system are engineered to work together as one complete package.

All three axles are driven for genuine six-wheel traction.
The longer, stronger platform creates more room for a tray, canopy, fuel, water and touring equipment.
Tandem coil-sprung rear axles provide a controlled, comfortable ride under changing loads.
The chassis, axles, suspension, driveline and brakes are designed to work together.
The factory transfer case continues to drive the front axle and sends power to the intermediate axle. A pass-through driveline system then transfers power from the intermediate axle to the rearmost axle, creating a genuine three-axle drive system.
Power is delivered to the front, intermediate and rear axles. The third axle is driven — it does not simply support additional weight.
The intermediate differential incorporates a 6x6 output flange and shaft. A heavy-duty jackshaft carries power through to the rear axle.
A centrifugal clutch connects the intermediate and rear driveline systems, providing a solid transfer of drive when additional rear traction is required.
The intermediate differential includes an air locker. Together with the appropriate vehicle locker configuration, the system can deliver exceptional traction across all three axles.
The rear leaf springs are removed and replaced by heavy-duty control arms, A-frame assemblies, panhard control, coil springs, shocks and sway bars.
All three axles are braked. The correct brake hardware, hoses, park-brake system and brake assistance are specified to suit the donor vehicle and completed build.
