What we look at before fitment
A 4x4 cabin is a difficult audio environment: hard surfaces, road and tyre noise and limited factory mounting depth. The install is planned around the vehicle rather than around a box of components.
Speaker sizes and mounting depth
Door and dash apertures, window mechanisms and depth decide which speakers physically fit. Adapters and spacers are part of the schedule, not an extra.
Amplifier and subwoofer placement
Placement is planned around load space, seats and drawers so the system does not cost you usable storage or rattle against panels.
Sound deadening
Deadening doors and floor sections is what makes an upgrade audible at highway speed. It is quoted separately so you can see what it contributes.
Power and earthing
Amplifier current draw is checked against the charging and battery system, with correct cable sizing, fusing and earth points.
Tuning and handover
Gains, crossovers and levels are set on the finished vehicle, and the system is handed over with the settings explained.

FAQs
Will I keep my steering-wheel controls?
In most vehicles yes, using the correct interface for that model. We confirm the specific interface for your vehicle before the install is booked.
Do I need sound deadening?
It is not compulsory, but in a bakkie or 4x4 it usually makes more audible difference than spending the same money on bigger speakers.
Can I keep the factory look?
Yes. Speaker, amplifier and subwoofer upgrades can be installed behind factory trim, with the head unit either retained or replaced depending on what you want.
Will a big system flatten my battery?
Not if the electrical side is specified correctly. Where the draw justifies it we plan the audio install together with the battery and charging system.
How long does a sound and multimedia install take?
Workshop time depends on the vehicle, the exact products and whether supporting parts are required. We confirm the booking length in writing with the quote before the vehicle comes in.
